As a sales representative for NorthStar you will be expected to strictly adhere to our mission statement by: providing consumers with security and peace of mind through quality products, superior service, and honest representation. Each representative will be assigned to work in an area for a period of four months. During these summer months you will start your day at 11:00 am and end when it’s too dark to knock! You will be expected to take a short lunch no longer than 20-30 minutes. Your manager will be there to offer extensive training both on and off the doors to ensure your success. Those who keep their commitments by staying for the duration of the summer and working the expected hours should expect to make a minimum of $28,000.00. Those of you who have a knack for selling and are doing more than the minimum required, will make much more than that!
