Meet the NorthStar managers. Most, if not all of them, started out exactly where you are. They are now experts in business, sales, training and finance.
As a sales representative, you can count on your regional managers to be with you every step of the way, showing you the ropes and leading by example. This is one of the biggest reasons our reps choose to stay with NorthStar. Unlike many other alarm companies, our managers have integrity and are driven to make every individual on their team as successful as they are.
